Are you an emulator developer? If you'd like a user flair reflecting that. There's an Xbox emulator that's been improving called Xqemu. It does work on Windows and OS X/Mac, but the problem is that it's not available in executable form; only the code before it's compiled.
To test it you'll need to have the compiled, executable binary version. Compiling it will be really hard if you aren't familiar with computer programming, specifically C and even x86 assembly code. You could ask a developer of it if they can upload the binary form so you can try it, or someone who has access and capabilities (and desire) to compile it and post it online somewhere so people can try it (I can't manage that at this time, but maybe soon I could). On top of all of that, Tetris Worlds may not even work correctly, but not too sure. I know at least a few games are playable, but 99% are still barely loading/buggy/half-playable/not working at all/etc. To stack even more on this plate, the emulator is really demanding and won't work well (at least anytime soon) on computers without at least high-end Core 2 Duo CPUs.
Basically, 'weak-ish' computers won't fare well.
