Yep, I had the same problem, and tried deleting any Microsoft identities and exchange in the Keychain. Didn't seem to fix it. In fact, it just prompts 2-3 times in succession within a few seconds. I'm going to try again with Outlook turned off, and see if that helps.

I even had an email message get totally hung in the process. Could see it, move it around, but couldn't close it, nor edit it. I shut down Outlook and it finally realized it had a message that hadn't been sent or saved then stuffed into drafts.
